The workshop was divided into two sessions. The first session was on the brief overview of communication and pillars of persuasive communication. The speaker also gave valuable tips on presentation skills which is so important for the college students and budding entrepreneurs at large.

On 8th Jan, 2019, the Department of Commerce Of Dlihe organised a workshop on “Communication and Confidence Building” in association with TED Department of Finance CTA with Resource persons from the Tibetan Scholarship Program Alumni Association (TSPAA) for the students of Commerce Department.

In the final session, an exercise was carried out to know about the four different personalities (interacting styles) and how understanding these personality traits will helpful in having effective communication with other people. The students had very interactive and fun time having group discussion and solving a case study at the end.
