The Placement Cell of the DLIHE, in collaboration with Gennext Strategy Advisor, Mumbai organized 2 days holistic training to students to refine their interpersonal skills and attain higher level of both personal and professional proficiencies. Some other objectives are to empower and inculcate the first of the four Principal commitments of His Holiness the 14th Dalai lama in student’s daily life, develop strong interpersonal skills, self-discipline and effective communications skills that build positive interactions with others and minimise miscommunication and conflict.
