The Commerce & Management Department of DLIHE successfully conducted a Workshop on Life Skill Development on 21st May 2025 at 9:30 AM, led by Mr. Tenzin Yougyal, an esteemed facilitator known for his insightful sessions on personal and professional growth. The workshop aimed at equipping all commerce & management departments students with essential life skills necessary to navigate real-world challenges beyond academic settings.

Focused on key areas such as communication, decision-making, time management, and emotional intelligence, the session was both interactive and introspective. Through engaging activities, real-life examples, and group discussions, students were encouraged to explore and reflect on their behavioral patterns, emotional responses, and practical strategies for effective self-management and interpersonal relationships.
