Sikhong Lobsang Sangay, after a night’s halt at the Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Education spent about two hours of quality time interacting with the students and the faculty on the morning of April 24, 2014 before continuing his onward journey to Bylakuppe to be at Tashi Lhunpo monastery in connection with 11th Panchen Rinpoche’s 25th Birth Anniversary. This is Dr. Lobsang Sangay’s third visit to the Institute. He addressed the gathering here in his capacities as Sikhong, She-rig Kalon and the Chairman of TCV Governing Body. As always he was an inspiration. We look forward to having him again and again.
