It’s a 10 minute film which portrays a journey of a student through despair, dismay and imposter to acceptance, acknowledgement and appreciation. It also sends the message of seeking help and acceptance of not being okay is also fine. Towards the end of the film, students read out a few messages ranging from “ being open to help, and how listening heals ”to “ breaking away the stigma that shames us more than the mental illness”. In the end, the DLIHE Principal, Gen Dawa Tsering gave away a word of thanks and appreciation for all those who have pitched in and affirmed on the need to have an optimistic mind and positive life.
