As we do every year, the Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Education has commenced reading the Kangyur scriptures (108 volumes of Buddha’s teachings) from the 12th to the 15th of the fourth Vesak Month in the Tibetan Calendar. There will be an Offering Ceremony on the evening of the last day, the 15th of Vesak Month.
