Introduction
On 4th September 2025, the CTA (Central Tibetan Administration) Department of Homes, in collaboration with the Youth Empowerment Support (YES+) project, successfully organized an AWS Course Certification Introduction Workshop. The workshop was conducted by Sir R. Thanveer, an experienced trainer and professional in the field of cloud computing. This program was specifically designed for Tibetan youth, with the aim of equipping them with the skills and certifications that align with modern workforce demands.
The participants of this session were primarily students from Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) across all years, as well as final-year students from Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). This diverse mix of students ensured the workshop catered not only to those pursuing IT-related fields but also to those interested in business and commerce who could benefit from an understanding of how cloud technologies influence industries today.
The workshop highlighted the increasing importance of cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), and its relevance in shaping careers in technology, business, and entrepreneurship.
Session Overview
