The Richmond Fellowship Society, Bangalore in collaboration with the The Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Education conducted a day workshop on “ Stress Management, Understanding One’s Emotion and Common Mental Disorders”, 10th June,2022. The workshop was attended by 42 students and the Mental Health Desk team of Men-Tse Khang. A day-long program was a blend of ice-breaking activities, assessment test, ful-filled activities and presentations on the topic. Following the workshop, a note of thanks was given by Ms. Tenzin Bhuti, the campus counselor to the co-ordinators and certificate of participation was awarded for the students. This first collaborative program marks the beginning of more programs and events with the same.
