Today, as we celebrate Earth Day, we pause to reflect on the beauty of our planet and the urgent need to preserve it for future generations. At our institute, sustainability and environmental stewardship are at the core of our values.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Mr. Ngawang Thenthar, one of our dedicated lecturers, for spearheading this event and introducing the vital 3R principle – reduce, reuse, and recycle. His efforts have inspired us all to adopt eco-friendly practices in our daily lives.
We’re also grateful to Mrs. Tenzin Namdol for her insightful introduction to World Earth Day, reminding us of the global significance of this occasion.
During the event, our Principal delivered a poignant speech, urging all members to embrace their responsibility in keeping both our planet and our campus clean and pristine.
The highlight of the day was the lively chart-making competition, where students and faculty enthusiastically participated, showcasing their creativity and commitment to environmental conservation.
Join us in honoring Earth Day by taking small steps towards a greener future. Whether it’s planting a tree, participating in a community cleanup, or simply reducing energy consumption, every action counts. Together, we can make a difference and protect our precious planet.
