Staff Session – Communication and Perspective

The final day was dedicated to college staff, beginning with an introduction to conflict and its forms. Speakers stressed that verbal communication, gestures, expressions, and tone all play equally important roles in understanding and resolving conflicts.

The session encouraged thinking outside the box and avoiding limitations in problem-solving approaches.

Conclusion

The workshop concluded with a Tibetan scarf offering and presentation of a college souvenir to both speakers, followed by words of thanks. The event ended on a positive note with a group photograph, reflecting the unity and goodwill fostered through the program.
