INTER-CLASS BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
On 20th April, The Student Council organized an inter-class basketball tournament. The first opening match was played between BA 2nd year and BATLH 2nd year. This year the Student Council gave more opportunity to students unlike last year’s inter department tournament. The matches will continue throughout the week. The finals will be at the weekend.

RESOURCE TALK ON TOURISM
On 21st April, 2016, Smt B.S.GUNAREKHA from Mahajana College gave a talk on Tourism to all the students who are taking history. It was very interactive session. She was able to give a very comprehensive view of Tourism and the Tourist Industry.

SOL-TSOK
On Thursday of this week there was soltsok prayers since it is the full moon day in tibetan calendar. Age number of students and staff members joined the prayer session.

PANEL DISCUSSION ON SECULAR POLITIC OF TIBET
On 22nd April 2016, a panel discussion was held in hall. It was on ‘Separation of power between Church & State’ with special reference to our polity. The speakers were:

4. Ven. Yeshi Gyaltsen 5. Mr. Tenzin Rigsa 6.Mr.Adruk kunchok

It was greatly enjoyed by students and a large number turned out even though it was in the night.

QUIZ ON PANCHEN LAMA

On Saturday, a quiz competition between all department was held in hall during the third and fourth period. The quiz was part of celebration of the birthday of Panchen Rinpoche. B.COM. Department won this session.
