- The chief guest lit the butter lamp, and Geshe Tenzin Celon led the chanting of the “Praise of Lord Manjushri.”
- Principal Dr. Passang La expressed appreciation to the former registrar and extended congratulations to the new administrator.
- Venerable Geshe Lobsang Gyaltsen retired from the position of registrar after serving TCV School and the Dalai Lama Institution for Higher Education for thirty years. He was awarded a memento of a Tibetan Traditional White scarf and the status of Lord Buddha for his hard work. He delivered his farewell message to the gathering.
- The new administrator, Aacharya Mr. Choegyal Tashi, received a Tibetan traditional White Scarf and addressed the gathering.
- Dr. Geshe Lobsang Ngodup was appointed as the new Head of the Tibetan Department.
- Principal Dr. Passang La presented Tibetan White Scarves to Dr. Karma Gyatso La for the position of new lecturer in the BCA department, to Ms. Tashi Tsomo as the volunteer librarian, and to Mr. Lobsang Norbu as the new secretary of the institution.
- Tibetan Specialized Studies announced and awarded the results of the first, second, and third positions of the Tibetan Essay Writing Competition.
- The Commerce Department announced and awarded the results of their Tagline Writing Competition.
- Mr. Ngawang Gyatso La, the Dean of Regular Studies, delivered the vote of thanks at the end.
