The Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Studies was delighted to welcome Professor C. S. Karigar, Special Officer (Specialized Centre), Bangalore University, to oversee the conduct and invigilation of the on-going Specialized Even Semester (2nd and 4th) Exams for the MA in the Tibetan Studies and the BA in Tibetan Studies. Our new Principal was honoured to meet with Professor Karigar for the first time.
