Some pictures from the 10th founding anniversary day program. Professor Dr. B.K. Ravi’s speech, the registrar and professor in Mass Communication and Journalism Department of Bangalore University graced the event as the chief guest. Dr. B.K. Ravi says that BU is happy to have DLIHE under its affiliation, within months after the UGC regulation, largely owing to efforts from Principal Dr. B. Tsering and is proud to give DLIHE special status as per the Karnataka State Universities Act 2000. Professor also encouraged the institute to launch Phd. courses and research programs in Tibetan studies.
