May 27, 2017 –GRADUATION DAY CELEBRATION
The 2nd Graduation Day ceremony at Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Education for its undergraduate programs was held on May 27, 2017 with Choemphel Thupten la, Chief Representative, South Zone as the Chief. Dr. Dorjee Rapten, Tibetan Medical Institute, Bangeluru Branch was the special guest. A total of one hundred and twenty-six (126) students graduated from the five undergraduate Departments. There were thirty-seven students from Tibetan Department – twenty-seven graduated with Honours degree while ten graduated with a Pass degree. The Chinese Department had fourteen graduating students -twelve students from the Honours category and two from the Pass group. From the Regular program, thirty-eight students completed Bachelor of Arts, thirty students finished Bachelor of Commerce and seven graduated with Bachelor of Computer Applications. It was a Day of celebration for the Institute.
