Profile:  Completed BBA under the affiliation of Madras University. During the bachelor’s degree the research project that was submitted is “Employee satisfaction in work place”. The internship of one month was then down with Trivitron Pvt. Ltd. 

  1. After the bachelor I persuaded with MBA specialized on Human resource and Finance. The research project was on Human Resource management with Pilates firm.
  2. Awarded as the best academic excellence from 2013-2015 batch specialized in both HR and Finance.
  3. Two years of hands-on experience in US staffing, the major company where I helped in sourcing is Verizon wireless for one year. Certain knowledge on various software related to JAVA developer, IOS developer, Android developer, project manager, test engineer and RD engineer.  Later one year of experience was with Allegis group which is another US staffing company. I have hands on experience recruiting engineers for company caterpillar and help the company by sourcing test engineer.
  4. Majority of experience was with IT recruitment and sourcing.
