The teacher is given the necessary space and authority to function in the Institute as a key figure in the teaching-learning process

The faculty is the fulcrum of the Institute, so the teacher is given the necessary space and authority to function in the Institute as a key figure in the teaching-learning process.

  1.  A lecturer’s weekly instruction hours in the institute are from 18-20 hours.
  2. Classroom management, discipline, instruction, assessment and attendance of the students are the responsibilities of each faculty member, and each must design and develop these responsibilities in concordance with the overall policy.
  3. The lecturer is expected to use methods to create opportunities for students to do projects, conduct research by arranging independent reading which will allow them to delve deeper into their subjects.
  4. Lecturers will encourage students to develop the reading habit through listing books to read and websites to explore to enhance their learning
