The launch of the new Digital Education Programme took place on March 03, 2023. It offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Full Stack Application Development and a Certificate Course in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Expertise.

CTA South Zone Chief Representative Kungoe Jigme Tsultrim la inaugurated the program. A collaboration between USAID-The Tibet Fund, The Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Education (Undertaking of TCV) and CETS is implementing the programme.
