The Tibetan Computer Resources Center (TCRC) meticulously orchestrated the second IT conference at The Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Education, featuring Sikong Penpa Tsering as the distinguished guest of honor. We take immense pleasure in noting the active participation of students from the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) department, as well as those enrolled in Postgraduate Diplomas for Full Stack Development and Social Media and Digital Marketing with a total of 50s students.
